Can you tell me a little about your Runescape services?

RPGStash offers access to a wide selection of items for all your Runescape needs. These include Runescape gold, runes and rares like Party hat, Santa hat & Christmas cracker; armours like full Dragon, full Rune, full Infinity & complete selection of God armor including Guthix, Saradomin & Zamorak; morever we have weapons like Rune battle axe, Dragon 2h sword, Abyssal whip & Dwarf cannon. We also have Barrows sets, cooked & raw food, bars, ores, logs, herbs, potions and Dragon bones for training the Prayer skill. Basicly we have everything of value in the game and if there is something you want which you can't find on the site, please contact us so that we can remedy the situation. We are here to serve you. Besides the items there will be free Runescape strategy guides posted as the site continues to evolve. We have also developed a ground breaking Power Leveling service for Runescape which is running live as of 2007-04-09. As you can see a lot of exciting things are happening here and we hope that you want to be a part of it.

How do you deliver items & gold?

We have two different methods depending on the combat stats of your account. Both methods involve logging into your Runescape account. You are strictly forbidden to login to your account while we are working on your order. Your account can get frozen by Jagex if several logins are attempted from different ip locations in a short period of time. We will send you an email notification when your order has been delivered and you can also track your order by entering your order number in the order tracking field in the menu to the left.

Method 1 (slow) - Farming: We will login to your account and farm the gold through Mining/Fishing/Questing. The only requirement is that your receiving Runescape account must be setup for membership. We will collect your account name, password and bank pin during checkout. With the farming method we can deliver anywhere from 0.5 to 3 million gold per 24 hours, depending on the combat stats of your account. It may be faster if your account has particularly good farming skills. We assume a general delivery time of 24 hours but it may take much longer if you make a big order.

Method 2 (fast) - Special: With this non disclosed method we can transfer up to 40 million gold per 24 hours. We will login to your Runescape account to transfer the gold. We will collect your account name, password and bank pin during checkout. Your account must have a Combat level of at least 80, Dragon Slayer Done, Defence level of at least 60 and a Prayer level of at least 43. We assume a general delivery time of 24 hours but it is normally much faster, given that your account meets our requirements.

To protect your Runescape account and ensure that we have exclusive access to it while working on order, we may temporarily change your password. Password will be returned to normal upon completion of order. Do not under any circumstance attempt to login to your account while waiting for delivery. If you attempt to access your account before we are done with order, it can get frozen! Please comply with our rules to ensure a fast delivery and an intact account status.

How long time does it take for you to deliver items & gold?

We assume a general delivery time of 24 hours from the moment we have received and accepted your payment but it may be faster or slower depending on the combat stats of your account. See the previous question for a more detailed explanation. We will send you an email notification when your order has been delivered and you can also check your order status at any time by entering your order number in the order tracking field in the menu to the left.

How does the Runescape power leveling work?

How do I order Power Leveling?
You can only order Power Leveling for one account at the time. If you want leveling performed on several different accounts you must make separate orders. Items and accounts must also be ordered separately. You select skill, start level and end level in the shop. Quests and mini-games are an integral part of our Power Leveling and can be included in the same order as skills. You will be prompted for Runescape account name, password and pin code for bank account during checkout. We need access to your Runescape bank account in order to store all the items required for the service you have ordered. Security is the foundation of our business and we will never ask for more information than the absolute minimum for performing the service.

Do you have any special requirements with respect to my Runescape account and the items on it?
Your Runescape account must be setup for membership for the entire duration of the Power Leveling and your selected skill start levels must match the current levels on your Runescape account. We will cover all the gold needed to level your skills. Please note that we might need some extra time to collect the required gold if your account does not qualify for the fast delivery method.

Will you level only the skills I have specified or will any other skills be affected?
We will only level your chosen skills. If you have chosen Attack and Strength you can rest assured that we won't train your Defense skill.

Will you do the prerequisites when I order a quest or mini-game?
No. We won't do any prerequisites. Your character must meet all requirements listed in description of quest or mini-game. However, we do offer a couple of quest + quest point packages.

How long does it take?
An estimated play time will be listed in item description for each service you select. If you select several services the times will be added together. For security reasons, we will only play/level your account around 16 hours per day so the time it takes to complete your order - the total time - will be higher than the actual play time. The estimated total time for your order will be listed during checkout, on your order status page as well as in our email notification. We advice you to use the official hiscore database on www.runescape.com to keep yourself informed on the order progress.

Is it safe to order Power Leveling from you?
It is perfectly safe as long as you don't login to your account during the leveling process and as long as you don't tell anyone that a third party is playing on your account. Logging into your account during the leveling process puts it at risk seeing as the MMO company can detect sudden changes in IP address. Also remember that you must never tell anyone or otherwise imply, whether in private or public in-game chat or outside of the game, that a third party is playing, has played or will be playing on your account. We will access your account and intitiate the power leveling as soon as your payment has been received and accepted. Once the order is completed you can access and play your account again as usual without any problems. We advice you to use the official hiscore database on www.runescape.com to keep yourself informed on the order progress.

We are very devoted to security and you can rest assured that great care will be taken to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your account:

1: We only use manual labour when leveling; we never use macros, bots or other hacks.
2: We use a unique and geographically matching IP address assigned only to your order when accessing your account.
3: We follow all in-game rules of conduct and play in a normal way without excessive camping or grinding.
4: We only play your account around 16 hours per day to keep it above suspicion.
5: We play with private chat disabled.
6: We will never under any circumstances chat or interact with your friends or any of your own accounts, whether in private or public in-game chat. If we encounter any of your friends while working on the order, we will simply switch world.

We also want you to know that, contrary to popular belief, most of what happens in Runescape is not monitored. The report function is the single largest tool for enforcing Runescape rules; meaning that nobody knows it until you expose it. And please remember that in the unlikely event of a problem, you can always get your account back by claiming it was hacked or stolen. To prove your ownership you will need to provide basic account info such as date of creation, geographic location for account creation, first membership subscription date and original password.

Do I get to keep any items and gold found during leveling?
Yes, you get to keep all items and gold we find during leveling. Please observe that we will only train your skills against low level mobs so most drops will be rather insignificant and some of what we find will be consumed by the service itself.
