Can you tell me a little about your Runescape services?

RPGStash offers access to a wide selection of Runescape items for all your Runescape needs. These include Runescape gold, runes and rares like Party hat, Santa hat & Christmas cracker; armours like full Dragon, full Rune, full Infinity & complete selection of God armor including Guthix, Saradomin & Zamorak; morever we have weapons like Rune battle axe, Dragon 2h sword, Abyssal whip & Dwarf cannon. We also have Barrows sets, cooked & raw food, bars, ores, logs, herbs, potions and Dragon bones for training the Prayer skill. Basicly we have everything of value in the game and if there is something you want which you can't find on the site, please contact us so that we can remedy the situation. We are here to serve you. Besides the items there will be free Runescape strategy guides posted as the site continues to evolve. We have also developed a ground breaking Runescape Power Leveling service which is running live as of 2007-04-09. How do you deliver Runescape items & Runescape gold?

You must contact our live help to arrange in-game delivery. Please have the order number ready for pasting in the chat window. We will meet your Runescape character at an in-game location specified by the live help operator and deliver the gold / items. To contact our live help, simply click on the bar saying "Online - Click here to chat" at the lower right corner of your browser window.<

Please observe that we will never message your character in-game. We will only communicate with you via live help and email. It is safest that way and safety is our hallmark.

How long time does it take for you to deliver Runescape gold and Runescape items?

Gold can be delivered instantly. For items, on the other hand, it may take up to 30 minutes after payment has been received and approved before they can be delivered. We will keep you updated on order status via email. You can also track your order using the order tracking feature in the menu to the left.

Where do you get your gold and items from?

All our gold and items stem from legitimate player controlled in-game activities such as staking, high level monster killing and trading. Nothing of what we sell have been aquired with the help of bots, hacks, scams, theft, pking in wilderness or any other unethical methods.

How does the Runescape power leveling work?

• How do I order Runescape Power Leveling?
  You can only order Runescape Power Leveling for one account at the time. If you want leveling performed on several different accounts you must make separate orders. Items and accounts must also be ordered separately. You select skill, start level and end level in the shop. Quests and mini-games are an integral part of our Power Leveling and can be included in the same order as skills. You will be prompted for Runescape account name, password and pin code for bank account during checkout. We need access to your Runescape bank account in order to store all the items required for the service you have ordered. Security is the foundation of our business and we will never ask for more information than the absolute minimum for performing the service.



• Do you have any special requirements with respect to my Runescape account and the items on it?
  Your Runescape account must be setup for membership for the entire duration of the Power Leveling and your selected skill start levels must match the current levels on your Runescape account. We will cover all the gold needed to level your skills. Please note that we might need some extra time to collect the required gold if your account does not qualify for the fast delivery method.



• Will you level only the Runescape skills I have specified or will any other skills be affected?
  We will only level your chosen Runescape skills. If you have chosen Attack and Strength you can rest assured that we won't train your Defense skill.



• Will you do the prerequisites when I order a Runescape quest or mini-game?
  No. We won't do any prerequisites. Your character must meet all requirements listed in description of quest or mini-game. However, we do offer a couple of quest + quest point packages.



• How long does it take?
  An estimated play time will be listed in item description for each Runescape service you select. If you select several Runescape services the times will be added together. For security reasons, we will only play/level your account around 16 hours per day so the time it takes to complete your order - the total time - will be higher than the actual play time. The estimated total time for your order will be listed during checkout, on your order status page as well as in our email notification. We advice you to use the official hiscore database on www.runescape.com to keep yourself informed on the order progress.



• Is it safe to order Runescape Power Leveling from you?
  It is perfectly safe as long as you don't login to your Runescape account during the leveling process and as long as you don't tell anyone that a third party is playing on your account. Logging into your Runescape account during the leveling process puts it at risk seeing as the MMO company can detect sudden changes in IP address. Also remember that you must never tell anyone or otherwise imply, whether in private or public in-game chat or outside of the game, that a third party is playing, has played or will be playing on your account. We will access your Runescape account and intitiate the Runescape power leveling as soon as your payment has been received and accepted. Once the order is completed you can access and play your Runescape account again as usual without any problems. We advice you to use the official Runescape hiscore database on www.runescape.com to keep yourself informed on the order progress.
  
  We are very devoted to security and you can rest assured that great care will be taken to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your account:
  
  1: We only use manual labour when leveling; we never use macros, bots or other hacks.
  2: We use a unique and geographically matching IP address assigned only to your order when accessing your account.
  3: We follow all in-game rules of conduct and play in a normal way without excessive camping or grinding.
  4: We only play your Runescape account around 16 hours per day to keep it above suspicion.
  5: We play with private chat disabled.
  6: We will never under any circumstances chat or interact with your friends or any of your own Runescape accounts, whether in private or public in-game chat. If we encounter any of your friends while working on the order, we will simply switch world.
  
  We also want you to know that, contrary to popular belief, most of what happens in Runescape is not monitored. The report function is the single largest tool for enforcing Runescape rules; meaning that nobody knows it until you expose it. And please remember that in the unlikely event of a problem, you can always get your Runescape account back by claiming it was hacked or stolen. To prove your ownership you will need to provide basic account info such as date of creation, geographic location for account creation, first membership subscription date and original password.



• Do I get to keep any Runescape items and Runescape gold found during leveling?
  Yes, you get to keep all Runescape items and Runescape gold we find during leveling. Please observe that we will only train your Runescape skills against low level mobs so most drops will be rather insignificant and some of what we find will be consumed by the service itself.
